At GrandPitstop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your GrandPitstop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
